Can I add a personal message for my recipient to my gift box?

Yes! All our gift boxes come with a free gift tag which is hand-tied to the front of the gift box with paper ribbon. Just enter your personal message in the gift message box when you add a gift box to your cart, or leave this box blank to write your own message on the gift tag if you choose to have it delivered to your own address and gift it personally.

Will my recipient know how much the gift box costs?

Due to the gifting nature of our products, no receipts or packing slips are included with any parcels sent out. Order receipts and shipping confirmations are emailed to the email address provided in the billing address section on checkout.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa and Account To Account (NZ banks only) through our online payment provider, Windcave. All payments are processed using Windcave’s secure server.

Do your gift boxes contain nuts or traces of nuts?

Yes. Although some of our gift boxes may not contain nut products, we cannot guarantee that a product will not have come in contact with nuts during the manufacturing process.

Can I purchase a gift box if I have a food allergy?

The products in our gift boxes may have been in contact with nuts, gluten or dairy products during the manufacturing process. Our gift boxes are stored and packed in an environment that also prepares and stores products that contain nuts, gluten and dairy products. If you or your recipient are allergic to these ingredients or have any other food allergies, we recommend you check the ingredients of each product in our gift boxes on the manufacturer's website to ensure they are safe for you to eat. We take no responsibility for your decision that a gift box is suitable for a recipient with food allergies.

We may have gluten free, dairy free or vegan gift boxes available from time to time depending on suitable products being available. We make all attempts to ensure these gift boxes are as stated gluten free, dairy free or vegan but we rely on information provided to us by our suppliers. As our boxes are all hand packed, all products should be checked by the recipient before consuming.

How is my order packaged?

At Wicked Boxes, being kind to the environment is important to us. With that in mind, all of our gift box packaging is environmentally conscious and recyclable*. Your gift box contents are wrapped in tissue paper and packaged by hand in our cardboard boxes. We hand-tie our decorative paper raffia ribbon around your box (with your complimentary gift tag attached), then wrap your package in brown paper before handing over to the courier. Even our packaging tape is made from paper!

We love to gift beautiful presents to our loved ones, but we don't love the plastic wrapping and non-recyclable packaging products that often come with them. We do everything we can to avoid plastic in our gift box packaging. We only have one planet, and we need to protect it!

* We unfortunately can't promise that the packaging of the products inside our gift boxes is environmentally friendly, but we can promise that our own Wicked Boxes gift box packaging is!

What if my gift box arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your gift box arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email orders@wickedboxes.co.nz within 3 working days of delivery date, with your order number and a photo of the gift box as it was received. Once we have received this email, we will send you an email to notify if we agree to return, replace or refund at our discretion. Unfortunately we are unable to refund for ‘change-of-mind’ purchases. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs are non refundable.

Refunds, if any, will be at the entire discretion of Wicked Boxes Limited and will be subject to any specific additional terms and conditions in respect of the original online transaction. It may be stated in the specific additional terms and conditions that no refund will be available. A request for a refund must be made by emailing orders@wickedboxes.co.nz within 7 days of delivery date.
