Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch orders (received before 4pm) the next working day, with the exception of coffee gift boxes which can take an additional 1-2 days. Deliveries will be made Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

We will send your entire order to one address. If you would like to send gift boxes to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Each order will incur a separate delivery fee. Sorry, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

We will email you when your order has been dispatched with your tracking number.

New Zealand delivery charges and timeframes are as follows:

North Island

1 - 2 gift boxes:$10.002 - 4 working days
3 - 4 gift boxes:$20.002 - 4 working days
5 - 6 gift boxes:$30.002 - 4 working days

South Island

1 - 2 gift boxes:$12.003 - 5 working days
3 - 4 gift boxes:$24.003 - 5 working days
5 - 6 gift boxes$36.003 - 5 working days


Rural Delivery

Delivery to a rural address will incur an additional $6.50 delivery fee, and delivery will take an extra 1 - 3 days.

Christmas Delivery

Order by Friday 16th December for Christmas delivery!*

Orders received after this date will still be processed the next working day, but we cannot guarantee that delivery will be before Christmas.

* Orders will be couriered on Monday 19th December, and while this would usually be within our delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee that all orders will arrive for Christmas, especially if South Island or rural delivery, due to the increased demand on courier services over this period.

Local pickup or drop off in the Tauranga area can be arranged until midday 22nd December - please contact us to organise.

International Shipping

We can ship to Australia on request. Please contact us for shipping prices.

Delivery to multiple addresses

We can send gifts directly to your recipient. At the checkout, you will be given the option to choose your shipping address. You can only choose one delivery address per order. If you need to send gift boxes to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Each order will incur a separate delivery fee.


In line with our efforts to reduce plastic and be environmentally conscious, we endeavour to send all our gift boxes wrapped in brown paper, using paper packaging tape. Occasionally we may need to send in alternative packaging which may not be eco-friendly, but we will avoid this as much as possible.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Orders placed before 4pm aim to be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched an additional working day later. Coffee gift boxes will take an additional 1-2 days for dispatch. Orders placed on Friday will usually be shipped on Monday (excluding coffee boxes). Orders placed over the weekend will usually be shipped on Tuesday. Deliveries are made via courier Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Specific delivery day or time cannot be guaranteed.

We deliver your order to the delivery address that you provide us at time of ordering, so please check your details carefully. If you have registered on our website, your order is available to view through the 'My Orders' section when you are logged in as soon as you place an order. If you are not a registered customer or do not log in before placing your order, you will not be able to view your orders through your account. Delivery is made to an address not to a stated person.

The product is at your risk as soon as it is delivered to you. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when it is left at the address nominated in your order, or when a "we missed you" card has been left at that premises.

We will make reasonable endeavours to dispatch the products to the address nominated in your order the next working day after accepting your order if received before 4pm. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or part of any order.

Most of our orders are despatched using PBT Couriers. Occasionally we may use an alternative carrier at our discretion. Although we undertake to dispatch goods as soon as possible after receipt of your order, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date or time. We only give an estimated time based on the carrier's guide lines.

We will re-deliver, replace or refund the product at our option (shipping costs are non-refundable) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery, but we take no such responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address, or if there was no delivery due to the premises having no safe access point (e.g. a dog). You may incur additional delivery fees if your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect deliery details.

Orders can be cancelled up to the point of us dispatching the order. Once your order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

We supply great NZ brands and reputable products, and endeavour to ensure that the product leaves us in good condition. Please contact us immediately if any product has been damaged in transit. We do not however, take any responsibility for products (such as chocolate) spoiling during transit, or from being left in the sun outside your door once delivered.

We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. When your parcel has been dispatched using our courier, deliveries are based on their rules and conditions for delivery. We shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond our reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts or civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labor disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.
